Dan Endacott

Dan is a passionate driving instructor who takes great pride in guiding learners through every stage of their driving journey. With a calm and patient approach, Dan supports pupils through both the highs of success and the challenges along the way. As a result, learners build confidence and develop safe driving habits. Furthermore, through clear guidance and encouragement, pupils grow into capable, independent drivers for life.
Recognised for his commitment to excellence, Dan has recently been acknowledged and nominated as one of the Top 100 Driving Instructors across the UK at the Intelligent Instructor Awards 2026, to be held in Milton Keynes. These awards are widely regarded as the UK’s most trusted and respected celebration of excellence within the driver training industry — a reflection of Dan’s dedication to outstanding tuition and learner success.
Stephen Jeffery

Stephen is a friendly and approachable driving instructor who focuses on helping learners feel relaxed and confident behind the wheel. A highly regarded instructor with excellent pass rates, he’s known for his kind manner and supportive teaching style, quickly putting pupils at ease from their very first lesson.
Alongside his work with pupils, Stephen also assists Dan with the training of our instructors, sharing his valuable expertise to help improve knowledge and understanding across all aspects of driver training. His experience and insight play an important role in maintaining the high standards we set for our team.
With patient guidance and clear, easy-to-understand explanations, Stephen helps learners progress steadily, building both skill and confidence along the way. Gaz was trained by Dan Endacott, and his journey into becoming an instructor has been nothing short of impressive. Since qualifying, he’s achieved pass after pass, consistently helping pupils reach test standard with confidence.
He brings a calm, reassuring approach to every lesson, allowing learners to progress at their own pace while building confidence behind the wheel. Known for his sense of humour, Gaz creates a relaxed and positive learning environment, quickly building strong rapport with his pupils so everyone feels supported, valued, and motivated.

The newest member of our team, Lewis was trained by Dan Endacott & Stephen Jeffery and has taken to the role in impressive fashion — achieving pass after pass with his learners. A natural in teaching and coaching, Lewis brings fresh energy and dedication to every lesson and is already proving himself to be a valuable asset to Ucan Drive SW.
